Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle yet effective technique to stimulate the body's fluid circulation. This can have a profound effect on the weight, shape and energy levels of your clients, particularly for those who are less active.

You will learn about the structures and functions of the lymphatic system, and common disorders associated with inadequate lymph flow.
